A Singular Jupiter Setting.

THE STORY
BUILT AROUND
THE GAME
The Bear's Club began with a singular idea from Jack Nicklaus: create an exceptional private club where the quality of the golf experience would come first. Set across roughly 370 acres in Jupiter, the community was shaped around Florida's existing pines, cypress, oaks, sandy terrain and wetlands rather than imposing a course on top of them.
At the center is Jack Nicklaus' 18-hole championship course, designed to challenge accomplished players while remaining playable across a range of skill levels. A separate nine-hole Par-3 course adds another dimension to the experience, reinforcing the club's deeply golf-focused identity without the scale or activity of a traditional resort community.
That sense of restraint carries into the residential setting. Estate homes, Golf Villas and Club Villas sit within a notably low-density landscape, while the Tuscan-influenced clubhouse provides formal and casual dining, member spaces, four private suites and nearby member-owned cottages. The result is a community defined less by quantity of amenities and more by privacy, craftsmanship and an enduring connection to the game.
