The 3 Best Sports Bars in Jupiter, FL to Watch Football This Season

by Chris Morrissey

After Saturday's historical day of college football (in case you missed it: Five top-7 teams lost on the same day for the FIRST time in history), finding the right sports bar is an important decision this season.

For me, the perfect game day spot checks a few boxes:

  • Plenty of TVs (and the game audio actually on!)
  • Cold drinks and Great food—not just frozen bar food
  • Comfortable seating where you don't have to fight for a view

After plenty of "research" (it's a tough job...), these are my top three picks around Jupiter.

1. Thirsty Turtle ⭐ My #1 Pick

You can't claim to be a local if you haven't been to Thirsty Turtle.

There are TVs everywhere, so there's virtually no bad seat in the house.

Why it makes the list:

  • The best wings in town!
  • Laid-back atmosphere
  • Great selection of games. If your group is rooting for different teams, chances are every game will be on somewhere.

The Juno Beach location is a local staple for a reason.

2. Sports & Rec Bar (The Nora District)

If you haven't been to Sports & Rec yet, it's worth the drive.

Located in the new NORA District, Sports & Rec has quickly become one of South Florida's best places to catch a game. The space feels modern without being pretentious, and they clearly designed it with sports fans in mind.

Why I love it:

  • Massive wall-to-wall TVs with excellent sightlines
  • Game audio on during the big matchups
  • Elevated sports bar menu (far beyond basic wings and fries). Try the wagyu cheesesteak tacos and nacho tray!
  • Great drinks - beertails and orange wine.

It's the kind of place where you'll want to arrive before kickoff, grab a drink, and stay long after the final whistle.

Best for: NFL Sundays, college football Saturdays, fantasy football meetups, and anyone who appreciates a more upscale sports bar experience.

3. DAS Beer Garden

If your ideal football Sunday involves craft beer and a lively crowd, DAS Beer Garden is a fantastic choice.

The indoor/outdoor atmosphere gives it a different vibe than a traditional sports bar, but don't let that fool you—they're serious about showing the games.

Highlights:

  • 70+ beers on tap
  • Fun social atmosphere
  • Great burgers, pretzels, and shareable appetizers.

Located in the family-friendly neighbordhood of Abacoa, bring the kiddos for an afternoon game watching.

Honorable Mentions

A few other local favorites worth checking out:

  • Miller's Ale House
  • Duffy's Sports Grill
  • Brass Ring Pub

Final Whistle

Living in Jupiter means you don't have to settle for watching the game at home (unless that's your thing).

Whether you're looking for an elevated experience at Sports & Rec, a dependable classic like Thirsty Turtle, or the energetic beer garden atmosphere at DAS, you really can't go wrong.

Did I miss your favorite game-day spot? I'd love to hear where you're watching football this season.
